Our Mission

Our mission is to honor and celebrate those who serve and have served our nation in uniform — the active duty service members, veterans, Guard and Reserve members, and the military families who stand beside them.

The American Freedom Honors Awards Gala was founded on the belief that extraordinary service deserves extraordinary recognition. Too often, the heroes in our midst go unseen. We are here to change that — to shine a light on the courage, leadership, sacrifice, and dedication that defines America's military community.

We are committed to recognizing outstanding military men and women, veterans, and organizations across every branch and every era of service — not for what they can gain, but for what they have already given.

Through an annual awards gala of national significance, the American Freedom Honors brings together communities, families, and leaders to celebrate those who have made the ultimate commitment — and to ensure that their stories are told, their sacrifices are remembered, and their legacies endure.
